U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) is keeping a busy schedule leading all the way up to the November election for Alabama Governor.
The Alabama Republican Party released the senator’s closing list of events: 14 stops in three weeks, from Daphne to Florence, with election night in Auburn.
Tuberville, the Republican nominee, is facing off against Democratic nominee and former U.S. Senator Doug Jones (D-Mountain Brook) in the November 3 general election, a race to succeed term-limited Governor Kay Ivey.
Tuberville won the GOP primary in May with roughly 85% of the vote.

The events come as Tuberville’s campaign celebrated a major victory at the Alabama Supreme Court, which ruled 7-0 on Friday against the lawsuit seeking to disqualify him from the governor’s race over his residency, 25 days out from the election.
Jones is trying to fire up his base before the election as well, holding a big rally Sunday in Huntsville with failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Abrams.
