ESPN is coming out with a six-part documentary series on former Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban — an absolute must watch for fans of the program.
While the news of the documentary was already announced, ESPN dropped a formal preview which is only going to raise the hype around it.

“It wasn’t my life dream to become a coach. When I became a coach, I liked doing it but maybe I will get a real job someday,” Saban says in the preview before a clip cuts to some highlights from his seven national titles.
The documentary will feature interviews from Saban and countless other coaches and players, including Lane Kiffin, Steve Sarkisian, Bill Belichick and, of course, Miss Terry Saban.
What may be most interesting is the hundreds of hours of unreleased behind the scenes footage from his time at Alabama. Saban has a story to tell, and now that he’s retired, ESPN is going to give Tide fans a look at exactly what they have been clamoring to see for the last two decades.
All six episodes of the documentary, which will be titled, ‘Saban’, will be streaming on the ESPN app on October 8.
