The Alabama Crimson Tide’s victory over the Georgia Bulldogs last weekend was one of the most talked about regular season football games in years, and it had the viewership to back that fact up.
Evidently, smack talk about the matchup made its way into NFL locker rooms amongst former players from both teams.
One quarterback that Tide fans know very well took part in the back and forth and had to make good on a bet following Georgia’s defeat.
Former Georgia QB and current Los Angeles Rams third-stringer Stetson Bennett sported a Crimson Tide hat and polo as seen in a tweet by former Alabama tight end and current teammate of Bennett, Miller Forristall.

Forristall spent five seasons at Alabama and was part of two national championship teams in 2017 and 2020.
Bennett of course is most widely known for helping to lead Georgia to back-to-back national titles in 2021 and 2022 including a victory over Alabama in 2021 for the Bulldogs’ first championship since 1980.
As one of the most debated quarterbacks in the last 20 years of college football, he consistently showed up in the biggest moments for Georgia and was an instrumental part of both championship runs.
