Corporate Realty, along with its affiliated companies Home Communities and Healthcare Resources, announced a major rebranding to unite all entities under a new name: CR Endeavors.
It’s a fitting change, the firm reports, as it continues its evolution from a local real estate firm to a regional development and management leader recognized for innovative, mixed-use projects that drive urban revitalization.
With more than 20 years of experience, CR Endeavors’ new name aligns with its expanded geographical reach, growing team of development experts, and broader focus on transformative projects across the Southeast. The company has led city-changing projects, such as Regions Field and Railroad Park.
Led by Robert Simon, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the CR Endeavors team will operate under a single, unified vision.
“This evolution signifies a new chapter in Corporate Realty’s storied history. As we expand at an unprecedented pace, we endeavor to do more, achieve more, and build best-in-class, purpose-driven real estate in our mission to transform communities. Each endeavor we undertake is a new opportunity to create a ripple effect that fosters growth and enriches lives. CR Endeavors unites us as one cohesive entity,” said Chief Executive Officer, Robert Simon.
“Strategically, we have always approached our projects with a collaborative mindset. This rebranding under one unified name reflects our approach to our stakeholders, investors, and clients,” said Christy Roddy, Chief Strategy Officer. “By aligning our efforts under CR Endeavors, we are better positioned to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that create lasting impact and strengthen our relationships across the communities we serve.”
According to the firm, CR Endeavors has developed more than 5 million square feet, brokered more than 4.5 million square feet of lease transactions, and currently manages more than 2.7 million square feet throughout the Southeast.
“Historically, we have been recognized for prominent public-private projects like Regions Field and Railroad Park. However, those projects are just one facet of CR Endeavors,” said President Jimmy Holloway.
“Our expertise extends to multi-family, healthcare, and active adult developments. This brand evolution is more than a name change; it represents a unification. Now, through a single name and viewpoint, we can provide more tactical expertise and inclusive services—all stemming from our signature CR Endeavors philosophy.”
CR Endeavors also reports a current pipeline of additional projects with values of over $1 billion.
