7 Things: Smartest guy Biden knows is indicted again on tax fraud; 3 Decatur police officers fired; and more …

7. Guaranteed gender affirmation and 2% raises have been secured by the striking workers at The Washington Post, but they are still mad at the owner of the paper for “taking all the money” for his “dick rocket.”

6. Abortion laws can be ignored if a judge declares it so after a Texas judge ruled a woman can get an abortion even though she does not meet the state’s requirements for an exemption on the matter. The case obviously sets up judges to be the decider on abortion AGAIN because it only applies to this litigant, but Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton warned physicians against providing the abortion.

5. The leaders from Harvard, Penn, and MIT went to the U.S. Capitol and declared that the rampant anti-Semitism on their campus is not a violation of the student code of conduct and people are paying attention. The “clarifications” are not doing anything to stop the responses, this includes a $100 million donation to Penn being rescinded and calls for firings.

4. Lt. Gov. Will Ainsworth went to Washington, D.C., and had a dust-up with the U.S. Education Secretary over Alabama and red tape in the education sector. Ainsworth tweeted about the encounter, “Alabama’s career tech programs are being handcuffed by federal requirements handed down from faceless D.C. bureaucrats, and if we are going to prepare today’s students for the jobs of tomorrow, we need more flexibility.”

3. Some states already allow it, the NCAA is ready to expand it, and now State Rep. Jeremy Gray (D-Opelika) wants Alabama to have an NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) policy that will allow high school athletes to get paid. What could possibly go wrong?

2. Hunter Biden just got charged with more crimes from special counsel David Weiss, this time in California for failing to pay his taxes and submitting fraudulent tax returns. Biden is facing 9 charges and 17 years and they show millions of dollars coming from Ukraine and China for payments the media told us never happened and the mere mention of was called a conspiracy theory.

1. Three Decatur police officers have been fired and one has been suspended after the shooting death of Stephen Perkins after he allegedly pointed a gun at police officers after threatening a tow truck driver earlier in the evening. Those who have been protesting promise to continue until the individuals involved are named and charged but Mayor Tab Bowling never even explained why they were fired, further dragging this out.
