Watch: Folds of Honor deliver trophy via parachute at Regions Tradition in awesome moment

The Regions Tradition is always one of the sporting events on the calendar that Birmingham residents look forward to the most, and this year’s edition was no exception.

Before a satisfying conclusion with Huntsville native Stewart Cink claiming victory on Sunday, the trophy had to be delivered to Greystone Golf & Country Club, and it was done in the most epic way possible.

Folds of Honor — a nonprofit organization who provides scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military and first responders — hand delivered the iconic trophy, but they did it by parachuting in from the sky.

It was perhaps the most unique way you’ll ever see a trophy delivered and it was done to promote an organization that does so much good for such an important cause.

While Cink was the only winner of the tournament, those who got to watch the trophy be presented by Folds of Honor certainly came away as huge winners as well.
