One of the most anticipated new attractions on the Gulf Coast is about to have its long awaited grand opening. Topgolf, which officially began construction last February, is in the process of training new employees and will open on November 17th.
It will be the third location in the state of Alabama for the golf/entertainment destination, joining Birmingham and Huntsville.
“Topgolf provides family friendly entertainment and enhances the quality of life for our citizens. Whether it’s golf or not golf that you enjoy most, there is something for everyone at this new attraction,” said Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson.
“We are thrilled to see Topgolf open its doors so Mobilians and visitors can join in on the fun.”
In addition to the golf, which includes a two-level facility with 60 climate controlled hitting bays, the location will also have a full-service restaurant and private event spaces.
The new Topgolf in Mobile will be at the entrance of McGowin Park just off of Government Street.
“Topgolf is set to be a lively hub that will attract additional commercial and entertainment prospects to Mobile and create memorable experiences for our citizens and visitors,” Mobile Chamber President & CEO Bradley Byrne said.
