More out-of-staters say ‘my home’s in Alabama’

Alabama continues to climb lists as one of the most popular places to move.

In a time when the cost of living soars, the Yellowhammer Sate is offering a refreshing change with low property tax rates, historic levels of employment, and ever-increasing affordability. On top of that, the 21 state parks and serene coastal and mountain landscapes offer endless opportunities to enjoy nature.

According to a list compiled by 2020 Census data — Alabama is even winning over families in neighboring states.
