Durant concedes.

UPDATE 9:34 p.m.:

Almost half of the votes have been counted, and Britt still leads at 45%, Brooks is trailing at 29% and Durant is at 23%.

Ivey still currently avoiding a runoff.

YHN’s Dylan Smith spoke with Durant surrogate Jessica Taylor, who said the election was a “battle” between the establishment and conservative outsiders.

AP calls it for incumbent Attorney General Steve Marshall in his Republican primary.

AP calls it for U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Saks) in the third congressional district GOP primary.

In the race for Alabama Secretary of State, State Auditor Jim Zeigler is sitting at 43% with State Rep. Wes Allen (R-Troy) right behind at 42%.

In the race for Alabama State Auditor, State Rep. Andrew Sorrell (R-Muscle Shoals) leads at 41%, Stan Cooke is at 34% and Rusty Glover is at 25%

UPDATE 7:54 p.m.:

Ivey holding steady at 60%, James 18% and Blanchard up to 15%.

Britt is down to 48%, Durant has surged to 26% and Brooks at 23%.

UPDATE 7:30 p.m.:

Per WBRC, Gov. Kay Ivey jumps out to a very early lead in her reelection bid at 60%, Tim James at 25% and Lindy Blanchard at 10%.

In the U.S. Senate race, Katie Britt is sitting at 67%, Mo Brooks at 18% and Mike Durant at 11%.
