7. While Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin completely folded to a woke mob over supporting Israel, some Alabama cities are standing with the victims of the horrific terror attack at the hand of Islamic terrorism even if they get heat online. After Woodfin embarrassed the city of Birmingham, Tuscaloosa showed solidarity by turning the lights at city hall blue and now Huntsville’s city council issued a resolution supporting Israel.
6. The city of Decatur felt it was necessary to change the official narrative on the police-involved shooting of Stephen Perkins. The initial report said that cops told Perkins to put the gun down but they actually told him to get on the ground, he did neither and this is a distinction without a difference.
5. State Rep. John Rogers (D-Birmingham), the poster child for corruption in Alabama politics, has rejected a plea deal for a scheme that involved kickbacks of public money from the Jefferson County Community Service fund and will run for his 12th term in 2024. He will win, easily.
4. Speaker of the House drama sees U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) drop out of contention after failing to secure enough votes. That still doesn’t mean it will be Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and no one knows what will happen next, which is pretty embarrassing.
3. An uncurious media, a malicious White House, and an ignorant U.S. senator have all separately come to the same conclusion, Tommy Tuberville doesn’t support Israel. Unfortunately for them, it is all based on media incompetence.

1. Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Israel to offer his support to the country as it wages war against Hamas, a nice change from his previous statements, and while there he was shown the atrocities Hamas committed.
