7 Things: Judge agrees to release Mar-a-Lago raid affidavit today, Rep. Aderholt and many Democrats slam Biden’s student loan “relief” and more …

7. People who stole Joe Biden’s daughter’s diary plead but…

  • Two Floridians have pleaded guilty to stealing the diary of Ashley Biden and selling the stolen property to James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas for $40,000. Aimee Harris, 40, of Palm Beach, and Robert Kurlander, 58, of Jupiter, are each looking at 5 years in prison, but they are cooperating with the government.

  • The plea deals, however, make it clear that the diary is in fact real, even though Project Veritas never published it. But the picture painted in the diary is pretty damning, with the New York Post printing an excerpt reading, “Was I molested, I think so — I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma. Hyper-sexualized @ a young age . . . I remember being somewhat sexualized with Caroline; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/my dad (probably not appropriate).”

6. FBI told Facebook about Hunter Biden’s laptop story being questionable, according to the alleged human Mark Zuckerberg

  • Was it election meddling or just a friendly warning from the FBI that the Hunter Biden laptop story may be Russian misinformation? While appearing on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Mark Zuckerberg was asked about how the tech company throttled the sharing of the now-confirmed story that Hunter Biden is a crack-addled degenerate and Zuckerberg implied he was warned to be aware.

  • Suggesting that Facebook took a “different path than Twitter,” which they didn’t really, defended his company’s decision. Zuckerberg said that the FBI told Facebook, “Hey, just so you know, like, you should be on high alert … We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice that, basically, there’s about to be some kind of dump that’s similar to that. So just be vigilant.” This all happened just as the Hunter Biden laptop story was breaking, so Big Tech suppressed the story. When asked if he regrets it, Zuckerberg said he does, “Yeah, yeah. I mean, it sucks.”

5. Another Iran nuclear deal will be a disaster

  • U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Saks) has spoken about the idea of President Joe Biden restarting the Iran nuclear deal, which is reportedly happening, and stated that “this deal with Iran will be dead on arrival in a Republican-controlled Congress and Congress will strengthen sanctions against Iran.”

  • Rogers also stated that given Iran’s history with a previous nuclear deal, “Iran repeatedly violated the last nuclear deal, and they will violate this one as well. The Biden administration needs to be clear-eyed on Iran’s real ambitions. Iran does not want to be accepted into the international community – they want to build a nuclear arsenal capable of killing every American and wiping Israel off the map.”

4. Tuberville doesn’t want terrorist enablers entering the country

  • 10 senators, including U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn), have sent a letter to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Secretary of State Antony Blinken over a new policy that could allow terrorist sympathizers into the country.

  • New policies from DHS and the State Department could allow some individuals into the country who have provided “limited material support” or “insignificant material support” for terrorist groups. The letter states, “the American people deserve an explanation regarding the broad, open-ended nature of this authority for exempting individuals who would otherwise be barred from immigration to the United States for supporting a terrorist organization.” The letter also says, “If its intent is to ensure that Afghan refugees are able to gain asylum in the United States, there is no explanation regarding why this decision as not made months ago with prudent restrictions limiting its application to Afghan refugees.”

3. White House takes odd tact, attacking PPP recipients

  • During the COVID-19 pandemic and the government-mandated shutdown of our economy, Congress created the Paycheck Protection Program which incentivized employers to keep paying their employees when lives and businesses were being destroyed. The Biden White House, the media and their mob is now attacking those who took this money and followed the rules, and even some that didn’t.

  • What makes all of this so odd is how we have been told these loans were such a success, they were designed to be forgiven IF employers used the money to keep their employees on the payroll. So, they did and now the government is attacking its enemies with that information? Tell me more about how Republicans’ philosophy is “semi-fascism.”

2. Taxpayers will lose due to student loan debt forgiveness

  • As some Democrats celebrate the student loan forgiveness plan laid out by President Joe Biden, Republicans have criticized the spending that could end up near $500 billion. U.S. Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-Haleyville) has brought attention to how taxpayers will ultimately be responsible for paying this debt.  Aderholt said, “The debt is going to have to go somewhere, and obviously if the taxpayers foot the bill, then the hard-working American taxpayer is the one that will be having to pay at the end of the day.”

  • State Rep. Scott Stadthagen (R-Hartselle) penned an editorial for Yellowhammer News also calling out the Biden administration for sticking it to the American taxpayers, and says this will have a more than just financial impact, “The economic calamity associated with Biden’s decision is obvious but the impact that this ‘forgiveness’ program will have on the future of this nation can not be calculated in dollars.”

1. Affidavit that justified FBI raid at Trump’s home will be unsealed today

  • It’s been ordered that a redacted version of the affidavit that justified the FBI raid at former President Donald Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago be released today by noon. The order was made by U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who previously ordered that a redacted version of the affidavit be prepared for release.

  • Reinhart stated in his order, “I have reviewed the Government’s memorandum of law and proposed redactions to the search warrant Affidavit. I am fully advising in the entire record, including the contents of the Affidavit.” Reinhart has also said that the redactions made are adequate to keep government operations confidential where necessary.
