Even Alabama sports media personalities are jumping in to declare jokes are genocide (even as the outlets remain silent on actual abusers) after Texas quarterback Arch Manning apologized after accurately calling an AI video of coach Steve Sarkisian slapping ESPN’s Holly Rowe “hilarious,” writing “There is nothing funny about it,” but the public efforts to “protect women in sports” by the media and their Democrats are apparently just a farce and the Alabama Republican Party released an ad calling Doug Jones, the cowardly caretaker former junior senator in an ill-fitting suit, who looks like he just woke up and stole his shoes from a homeless person, who will never be governor, attorney general, or U.S. Senator again, and loves crushing ice cream sandwiches, “a hypocrite or a liar or both” on the issue.

5. Governor-elect National Championship-winning Coach U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) is pushing to “send her back” and deport U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) as fraud investigations continue, tying the case to what he has called “one of the biggest scandals in American taxpayer history” involving Somali-run schemes he said stole more than $1 billion from taxpayers.

4. Jeffery Lee, who has spent 26 years on Alabama’s death row for the 1998 murders of Elvis impersonator, is asking Gov. Kay Ivey for mercy days before a Sept. 17 execution after a judge overrode a jury’s life recommendation, a practice Alabama later abolished, with former Chief Justice Drayton Nabers Jr. writing “A jury of Alabamians voted for life,” and aldotcom is crusading for criminals and murderers again.

3. Democrat Andrew Sneed, challenging U.S. Rep. Dale Strong (R-Huntsville) in Alabama’s 5th Congressional District, said President Donald Trump’s promised $5,000 “Trump Dividend” if Republicans keep Congress is “trying to buy votes,” adding “First, it’s unethical, if not illegal,” but he was silent when then-President Joe Biden was doing the same thing.

Katie Britt (R-Montgomery) praised the Trump administration and FBI Director Kash Patel for Operation Southern Star in Montgomery, telling him, “The operation Southern Star was so successful,” citing 63 arrests, 52 guns, and 40 drug seizures in two weeks, plus a Tuscaloosa operation with 90 arrests including a child sexual-abuse suspect.

1. Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball shifted Alabama’s 2nd Congressional District from Likely Republican to Leans Republican, citing incumbent U.S. Rep. Shomari Figures (D-Mobile) Democrat internals showing a tie with former Alabama State Rep. Rhett Marques (R-Enterprise), and potential Black turnout could help Figures hold the district, while still calling Figures “an underdog” in a race crucial to House control.
