Luckily for former President Donald Trump, you can not be sent to prison based on the evidence presented on cable news.
It is often one-sided but, in court, the former president’s defense will get to make their own argument.
The judicial system and cable news operate very differently, so the declarations of guilt or innocence should be taken with a grain of salt.
