Telegraph Creative names Zack Miskel as Chief Client Officer and Partner

Telegraph Creative, a full-service creative agency recently announced the addition of Zack Miskel as Chief Client Officer and Partner.

According to the agency, Miskel will lead their accounts team and oversee key client relationships. As a partner, he’ll also play a key role in helping shape the agency’s continued growth and evolution.

The move coincides with the transition of longtime agency leader and partner Brian Conley into the role of Chief Strategy and Growth Officer.

Conley, who has been instrumental in building Telegraph’s client service foundation, will now focus full-time on elevating the agency’s strategic offerings. According to Telegraph, Conley’s ability to translate vision into actionable brand strategy continues to be a cornerstone of their success.

“These are exciting days at Telegraph,” said Bj Ellis, CEO of Telegraph Creative.

“Zack brings the kind of energy, perspective and leadership that will help us go further faster. I’m incredibly grateful for the team we’ve built and the amazing clients we serve—and with Zack and Brian in these roles, I’m confident we’re just getting started.”

Miskel joins Telegraph with over five years of executive-level leadership experience in agency environments, helping top brands expand their impact.

His client roster has included industry leaders such as Thermo Fisher, OncoCyte and Abrazo Community Health Network as well as global consumer brands like AT&T and MINI Cooper. His experience is industry agnostic and also includes companies such as The Franklin Institute, Brookdale Senior Living, Cinionic, CertaPro Painters and MagickWood.

“Our relationship started with me as the client, consulting on a project Telegraph was leading,” Miskel said.

“From day one, I could tell this place was different. We got to know each other sitting on opposite sides of the table—which doesn’t happen often—and what stood out was the passion, the talent and the way this team shows up for their clients. Telegraph is the kind of place people want to be part of and I’m grateful to be joining a team that’s building something truly special.”
