Former Alabama head coach Nick Saban is not going to be on the Crimson Tide sideline as head coach tonight for the first time since 2006.
While the GOAT probably has some mixed emotions today about that fact, it seems like he is genuinely enjoying his new gig on ESPN’s College GameDay.
Saban got caught up in the moment as Lee Corso did his iconic pick for the host game, dressing up in a leprechaun suit and picking Notre Dame while the entire crew picked Texas A&M, and amidst all the chaos at the end of the show, Saban showed just how much fun he is having:

“I never knew any of this…I never experienced anything like this, I’ve never been to anything like this,” Saban said as Rece Davis pointed out that things are a bit different on GameDay. “This is so much fun!”
It’s safe to say that the legendary head coach is enjoying his time in retirement, now as a member of the media rather than ripping members of the media.
