Birmingham is hosting a very special charity event in August, and it sounds like there are going to be some big names in attendance and hosting.
KultureCity, the world’s leading nonprofit for sensory accessibility and acceptance/inclusion for those with sensory needs/invisible disabilities, is hosting its annual KultureBall in Birmingham, and Emmy-nominated actress Kristen Bell has posted a video on her social media page announcing that she is going to be hosting the event along with Ken Jeong and Arian Moayed.

The black tie event, which is going to be held on August 22, 2026 at Boutwell Auditorium, is a special opportunity in the Magic City to raise some money for an important cause.
“KultureBall is our annual gala where celebrity and philanthropy walk hand in hand to promote acceptance, inclusion and raise funds of programs benefiting individuals with invisible disabilities and sensory needs,” the website reads. “These programs include first-responder trainings, workplace trainings, making venues more accessible for all, augmentative communication resources, employment opportunities and much more. The evening combines fundraising, awards and inspiration all to create a once in a lifetime celebration of acceptance and inclusion. Together, we make the nevers possible.”
Also involved with the event as a musical guest is the four-time Grammy nominated Goo Goo Dolls. It should be a tremendous night in Birmingham with a ton of celebrities making their way to the state of Alabama.
