Insight Building Group, a newly formed construction firm headquartered in Birmingham, has officially launched with a focus on industrial and commercial projects across Alabama and the Southeast.
The company will pursue manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, warehouses and other large-scale builds, with services spanning preconstruction, budgeting, estimating, general contracting, construction management and project execution.
Its leadership team includes Ryan Ferris as chief revenue officer, Cameron Robulack as chief operating officer, Lee Strickland as chief financial officer and Jimmy Wren as chief preconstruction officer. The company was organized in Alabama in February, according to state business filings.
“We are excited to introduce Insight Building Group and begin this next chapter,” Ferris said. “Our team understands the importance of trust, responsiveness, and accountability in construction. We look forward to partnering with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver successful projects from concept through completion.”
The firm said its founding team brings experience across preconstruction, estimating, project management, field operations, financial management and client service, and that it was formed to deliver projects “through clear communication, disciplined execution, and a commitment to doing business the right way.”
“Our name reflects the way we intend to serve our clients,” Wren said. “We want to bring insight, clarity, and confidence to the construction process. Every project has challenges, and our job is to help clients navigate those challenges with a steady, experienced team.”
