The 2025 Alabama Home and Garden Show will celebrate more than just home décor and landscaping this year.
From August 15–17, the event will spotlight those who help keep local schools running — from teachers and principals to bus drivers, cafeteria workers, custodians, and support staff. The event is presented by The Trussville Tribune.
Employees from Trussville City, Jefferson County, Leeds City, and St. Clair County schools, along with staff from local private schools within The Trussville Tribune’s nine-city coverage area, are invited to attend as “Honored Guests.”
School personnel can present their employee ID at the entrance for complimentary admission for themselves and their guests.
“It’s our way of saying thank you to the people who keep our schools running and give so much to our communities,” event organizers said. “As students return, we just want to remind folks in education how important they are to our communities and families.”
