Alabama Crimson Tide safety Bray Hubbard is not just a star on the football field, he’s a star in his community as well.

The American Football Coaches Association in conjunction with Allstate has released its list of nominees for the 2026 AFCA Good Works Team, which is created to recognize student-athletes for leadership in service, academics and athletics. For the Crimson Tide — Hubbard was the nominee on the list.

162 student-athletes were named to the list and are being recognized for creating a positive impact in their communities, including causes which range from maternal health and youth mentorship to supporting children with disabilities and veterans.

The team will be announced in September and include 22 of the nominees from the list, the entirety of which can be viewed here. 15 total players from the SEC made the cut, including Auburn kicker Alex McPherson, Georgia tight end Lawson Luckie, and LSU linebacker Whit Weeks.
