7 Things: Bidenomics crushing everyone; left-wing political violence in Alabama does not move the needle; and more …

7. Democrats say they have a plan to get President Joe Biden on the ballot in Alabama and in Ohio after it was revealed that the Democratic Nation Convention is too late to get him on the ballots in each state. They do not, their plan is to whine according to Alabama Democrat Chairman Randy Kelly, “While this issue with convention dates has occurred many times in the past, notably with the Alabama GOP in 2004, 2012, and 2020, it appears to only be a problem this year now that the Democrats’ convention is behind the deadline.”

6. Someone took 330 sets of keys from an Arab car dealership and then stole $1.2 million  in cars. The scheme was equal parts brute force and sophistication: The thieves entered the building by throwing a rock through a window in the service bay, then proceeded to disable security cameras and delete several hours of video footage before stealing 8 cars.

5. Alabama’s media is taking its fourth bite at the apple on the “transgender student turned away from prom” story as national media refuses to bite and, as more information becomes available, it appears this is solely a dress code issue. The principal, Blake Wigley, informed the student the Friday before prom that he couldn’t wear a dress and told her and the interfering non-parent at the prom that they were informed they could not wear the dress.

4. State Rep. Ernie Yarbrough (R-Trinity) offered a bill that would have allowed local police to assist in immigration law enforcement, but that bill was not approved by a House committee. However, it is not dead yet. Yarbrough wants the legislation passed due to the obvious failures of the Biden administration at the border but there are only 10 legislative days left to get this bill passed.

3. U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) has had enough of aldotcom’s non-stop defense of illegal immigrants to the detriment of reality and the reporter doing these stories doesn’t understand the criticism. Tuberville accurately noted, “Alabama’s failed, progressive, liberal outlet, known as AL.com accused me of being political for pointing out vicious crimes like these have been committed by illegal aliens all across – not just our state but across the country.” And aldotcom’s Howard Koplowitz STILL pathetically defends illegal immigrant crimes again by vomiting out the cliche defense of illegals, “data show undocumented immigrants are convicted of fewer crimes than native-born Americans.”

2. An Antifa-supporting, cop-hating terrorist tried to bomb Attorney General Steve Marshall’s office but there are, as of now, zero headlines describing the bomber as left-wing and the act of clear politically-motivated domestic terrorism seems like a non-issue. Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert posted multiple messages on social media describing what would be his motive and posted stickers at the scene praising Antifa.

1. Alabama’s GOP delegation attributes higher-than-expected inflation to President Joe Biden, citing concerns over his administration’s economic policies, even as Biden’s biggest defenders pretend inflation is down and that people actually think Bidenomics is awesome. As reports showed inflation continuing to pummel Americans, the tweets started to flow with U.S. Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-Haleyville) showing how Americans are paying $900 more every month and U.S. Sen. Katie Britt (R-Montgomery) highlights how Biden’s inflation pandemic is causing everything to increase with a breakdown by category.
