7. Alabama teen Natalie Hollaway’s suspected killer has been severely beaten in Peruvian jail. The attack comes a few days before he was expected to be extradited to Alabama for trying to extort $25,000 from Hollaway’s mother to show her where the remains of her daughter are.
6. Furries and other individuals who want to let their freak flag fly are having to rein in their debauchery because of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and his law banning adult live entertainment in front of kids. Fear not, Alabama weirdos, you guys are still good to go.

3. A road sign on I-65 in Chilton County was “hacked” to show white supremacist messages such as “Patriot Front” and “Reclaim America.” This is treated like some sort of inside job at ALEA or ALDOT, by the geniuses at aldotcom.
