It is not every day that a reporter for a major media outlet takes to the airwaves and decides they want to say that the issues facing the country can’t be addressed by the President of the United States, but CNN’s John Harwood did just that in his defense of President Joe Biden.

When it happens, you can bet a Democrat is in office.
