In an interview with Fox News this morning, former president and 2024 frontrunner Donald Trump caught up with Maria Bartiromo on topics ranging from President Joe Biden, competition in the upcoming GOP primary, the economy, national security and more.
As the subject of reforming the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is on the minds of members of Congress and the media – Trump was asked about a proposal to replace the FBI’s aging headquarters in Washington, D.C. with new facilities on Alabama’s Redstone Arsenal.
Watch:
“I’ll move anything to Alabama ‘cuz I love Alabama,” Trump said. “If Alabama wants it, I’m all for it. No, I love Alabama.”

Voters from the Yellowhammer State backed Trump in both campaigns with more than 60% of the vote in 2016 and 2020 – among the highest margins in the nation.
In 2021, he made the decision while president to locate the headquarters of U.S. Space Command to Huntsville – a decision the Biden administration is currently engaged in an attempt to reverse.
Following allegations that the decision was politically motivated, the government ordered a review of the process for selecting Alabama.
Inspectors general for both the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the Department of Defense completed the review in 2022 and found the selection of Redstone Arsenal was based entirely on merit.
Trump will address the Alabama Republican Party next month at their annual summer dinner.
