The Alabama Crimson Tide had a rough go of it this season — at least by their own ridiculous standards. But, as has been the case so frequently over the years, the Tide did not lose a single home game.
Dominance at Bryant-Denny Stadium was a hallmark of the Nick Saban era, losing just two total home games in the last 10 years, one against the 2019 national champion LSU Tigers and the other a non-conference loss against Texas in 2023. From Saban to now Kalen DeBoer, getting the job done at home is clearly something the program takes immense pride in.
Perhaps a large part of the reasoning for that is the fact they have one of the best stadiums in all of college football. In USA Today’s rankings of the top-ten stadiums in college football, Bryant-Denny Stadium came in on top at No. 1:

Bryant-Denny is widely considered to be among the premiere venues in the sport. As just one of eight stadiums which contain a capacity of over 100,000, new renovations over the years to add new video boards, sound systems, luxury and box seating as well as a widening of the concourse, the athletics department in Tuscaloosa has done everything it can to keep the home of the Crimson Tide among the best in the country.
With four of the top five including Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge at No. 3, Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at Ole Miss at No. 4, and Sanford Stadium at Georgia at No. 5, it truly does just mean more in the SEC.
Not only is the best football played in the SEC, but seemingly the best football is played in the best stadiums as well.
