The Auburn Tigers hosted a very special event this past weekend with one of the biggest stars in country music coming to The Plains for a two-night show that fans will remember for a very long time.

Ella Langley, who has risen to stardom over the last couple of years with hit songs like ‘Choosin’ Texas’ and ‘you look like you love me,’ came home to the state of Alabama for an epic two-night run at Neville Arena, which was completely packed to the gills.

The Hope Hull native is a huge Auburn fan and even attended the school before leaving early to pursue music, so getting the chance to take the stage at her home arena was as special for her as it was for the fans in attendance.

Auburn welcomed her back with signs all over campus that said ‘Welcome Home Ella’, and despite the expensive cost of tickets to the show, the venue filled up for both nights.

Langley’s appearance in Auburn is part of an ongoing partnership with Peachtree Entertainment which is bringing some of the biggest names in the industry to The Plains. Top comedian Nate Bargatze will be doing a show in Neville Arena in the middle of October and the week before, country star Zach Bryan is going to perform in Jordan-Hare Stadium.

It’s a great time to be an Auburn resident as the town and university continue to showcase themselves as one of the premier entertainment hubs in all of the Southeast.
