Mountain Brook and Tuscaloosa MAY have a legit gripe about online sales tax distribution, but the courtroom is not the arena for the fight.

These entities and anyone else who believes the online sales tax is unfair to cities or counties, because the state is taking a significant cut, need to persuade their legislators to change the laws.
