Tuscaloosa Restaurant Week returns with exclusive deals and local flavor

Tuscaloosa Restaurant Week, presented by Cadence Bank, returns from June 22 to June 28, offering locals and visitors the chance to enjoy exclusive menu items and special discounts at restaurants across the city.

Now in its third year, the event highlights the range and creativity of Tuscaloosa’s food scene—from longtime local staples to newer neighborhood spots. Participating restaurants will feature unique dishes created just for the week, giving diners new reasons to explore the city’s culinary offerings.

“We’re thrilled to bring back some of the exclusive dishes that have become Restaurant Week favorites, while also welcoming a lineup of new restaurants participating for the first time,” said Josh Rivers, Director of Community Partnerships and Group Tour Experiences at Visit Tuscaloosa. “This year’s event will give locals and visitors alike the perfect reason to explore new flavors and support the restaurants that help shape Tuscaloosa’s identity.”

The event also recognizes the broader impact of the hospitality industry on the city.

“Our restaurants play a huge role in creating a sense of place for both residents and visitors,” said Kelsey Rush, President and CEO of Visit Tuscaloosa. “Tuscaloosa Restaurant Week is a celebration of that impact—and a reminder that supporting our hospitality sector boosts the local economy, sustains jobs, and enriches our entire community.”

Visit Tuscaloosa stated that thanks to the support from presenting sponsor Cadence Bank, as well as Senator Gerald Allen, Representative Cynthia Almond, Townsquare Media, and Lamar Advertising, the event will be possible.
