Tuberville’s Senate office earned the top early rating among Senate workplaces reviewed on a new anonymous platform for Capitol Hill employees.

Capitol CNCT launched “The Scoop” on July 20, allowing current and former congressional staffers to anonymously rate the offices where they have worked.

According to Fox News, U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville’s office received the highest early rating among Senate offices, followed by the offices of Sens. Todd Young of Indiana, Thom Tillis of North Carolina, Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Kevin Cramer of North Dakota.

The platform verifies that reviewers worked for the congressional office before publishing their feedback. Founder David Tennent said the process is intended to prevent political opponents or other outsiders from using the site to target lawmakers.

“We sift through all reviews before they go live to our platform to make sure that staffer has actually worked in the office,” Tennent told Fox News.

The early rankings are based on a limited number of reviews, with most congressional offices receiving only a handful since the platform launched. Republican offices have been reviewed nearly twice as often as Democratic offices so far.

Tennent said the platform is designed to give current and prospective Hill employees more information about office culture while encouraging lawmakers and senior staff to improve workplace morale.
