Former President Donald Trump issued some high praise Sunday night to U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville at the Oakland County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day Dinner in Michigan.
“So many of my friends are sitting right out there,” Trump said. “One of the great senators, one of the most powerful people. By the way, an incredible football coach. He was an incredible football coach and now he’s an incredible senator.
“They love him in Alabama. They love him all over the country.”

Tuberville’s loyalty to Trump has stood the test of time since their initial alliance during the 2020 campaign. While the senior senator from Alabama isn’t on the ballot in 2024, the former president is and quickly picked up Tuberville’s endorsement.

Earlier this month, Tuberville chalked up the historic indictment of a former president as a political “witch hunt against the Republican frontrunner.”
?This is yet another witch hunt against the Republican front runner. Joe Biden was found to have classified information in Delaware, Philadelphia, and Boston, and just this week, the House reviewed damning documents that may expose corrupt and criminal acts by Joe Biden.
