The 12 days of Christmas in the Democrats’ America

By: Johnny Hammock, Republican Candidate for Public Service Commission Pl. 1

As Christmas draws near, the Democrats have a long wishlist when it comes to changing American energy policy. Here I will lay out their 12 days of Christmas list in all its craziness.

On the First Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to spend $450,000 on each illegal immigrant.

On the Second Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to allocate $1.25 billion to “fair housing organizations” in an effort to combat the Supreme Court’s decision to end the eviction moratorium.

On the Third Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to allocate $26.5 billion to Green New Deal transportation ideas.

On the Fourth Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to allocate $13.3 billion to the ad campaigns of federal agencies.

On the Fifth Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to allocate an additional $2.35 billion to the Federal Citizen Services Fund, which manages information on government websites and already receives funding through the appropriations process.

On the Sixth Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to continue to add an additional $300 to the weekly federal unemployment benefit bonus. This bonus is added to the state unemployment benefits one would receive and means that a person on unemployment makes roughly $690 a week, which is equivalent to a little over $17 an hour.

On the Seventh Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to spend $25 million on “Anti-discrimination and Bias Training,” which promotes Critical Race Theory, at the Department of Health and Human Services.

On the Eighth Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to allocate $4.5 billion to “develop,” and “reform” housing plans, forcing states and localities to bow to the will of the federal government.

On the Ninth Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to spend $250 million to “procure culturally appropriate foods” in school lunches. Meaning that now well balanced and healthy meals are not enough for children.

On the 10th Day of Christmas, the Democrats want to allocate $10 million to “climate justice” initiatives that target good paying, american jobs in the oil and gas industries.

On the 11th Day of Christmas, the Democrats want American families to sell their “gas-guzzling” cars to buy high-priced luxury electric cars that oftentimes cost more than double, sometime even quadruple the amount of a normal gas-powered car.

On the 12th Day Christmas, the Democrats want to spend trillions of dollars our country doesn’t have to achieve an even more inflated, broken, and unchanged economy and environment, ultimately increasing the national debt to over $29 trillion dollars.

None of the ridiculous proposals listed above will solve the problems facing our country at the moment; things such as gas prices, labor shortages, culture wars, and the lack of skilled workforce. Inflation will continue to rise, yet the Democrats packed all of these things into their recently passed $1.7 trillion spending plan.

As your Public Service Commissioner, I’m going to step on the toe of any politician or bureaucrat that tries to spend our children, grandchildren, and at this point our great-grandchildren, into oblivion. America can be energy independent. President Trump proved that. If we reverse course from the AOC/Biden/Harris plan and get back to the values our country was built on we will no longer be reliant on middle-eastern oil and we won’t have to submit ourselves and our intellectual property to the communist regime of China.

Our future generations deserve better. The leadership in the White House today is a sad but true depiction of an inept, incompetent and socialist-controlled Democrat Party.
