HB 445 is now law, and easy to understand, some people are still pretending the law is confusing.
It’s not.
Alabama State Rep. Andy Whitt (R-Harvest) makes it clear it bans smokable and inhalable hemp products like vapes, buds, and flowers containing THC and regulates who can sell what.
The real question is whether anyone will actually enforce the law like they should.
