Robertson names Mobile campaign pro Katelanne Fadalla to lead her race for Alabama AG into November

GOP nominee for Alabama Attorney General in 2026 Katherine Robertson named political strategist Katelanne Fadalla of Mobile as her general election campaign manager on Tuesday, taking over for Annabel Martinson, who led the successful primary and runoff efforts before accepting a senior leadership position with Huntsville Hospital.

“Katelanne is a seasoned campaign veteran who assembled our statewide grassroots network during the Republican primary and runoff, and she has the proven skills and experience to help lead us to victory in November,” Robertson said in a statement Tuesday.

“All of us appreciate Annabel’s hard work and dedication over the past year, and we wish her the best as she accepts the long-term career opportunity that has been presented to her.”

Fadalla brings more than a decade of experience in campaign management and grassroots organizing.

She served as political director for former Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson, current Mobile Mayor Spiro Cheriogotis, and Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch. She also managed field operations and voter contact programs across South Alabama for several statewide candidates, including U.S. Senator Katie Britt’s successful 2022 election effort.

Robertson won the Republican attorney general runoff on June 16, defeating former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Jay Mitchell. She faces Democratic nominee Jeff McLaughlin, a Guntersville attorney and former state representative, in the November 3 general election.
