To qualify for the list, companies needed to report at least $7.4 billion in revenue.

Regions Financial Corporation ranked No. 433, down slightly from No. 428 in 2024. The banking and financial services company reported $9.4 billion in revenue and employs approximately 19,600 people.

Vulcan Materials Company, a major supplier of construction aggregates, ranked No. 500, slipping from No. 472 last year. Vulcan reported $7.4 billion in revenue and has about 12,000 employees.

This year’s Fortune 500 list shows significant representation from the healthcare, retail, and insurance sectors. Notably, eight healthcare companies were ranked among the top 25, compared to none in the top 25 in 1995, underscoring the industry’s rising economic impact.
Additionally, a record 55 companies are led by female CEOs, marking an 11% share, the highest in the list’s history.
