Regions Bank has launched an enhanced treasury management platform to help healthcare providers streamline payments and improve financial automation.

The new Regions Healthcare Receivables Services, powered by MediStreams, are designed to accelerate transaction processing, simplify accounting workflows, and enable faster reconciliation for healthcare systems. The partnership allows healthcare organizations to integrate advanced payment automation tools into their existing systems for greater efficiency.

• Paper Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Conversion – Regions receives paper EOB statements and converts them into a digital format through MediStreams, allowing payments to post faster, reducing manual data entry, and improving accuracy.
• Faster Patient Payment Processing – Payments can be automatically posted to accounts receivable within 24 hours, giving providers near real-time visibility into cash flow.
• Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Automation – Remittance data and images are securely imported into existing accounting systems, improving speed and efficiency.
• Reconciliation – Automatic reconciling of funds provides a real-time cash flow overview and helps reduce administrative costs.
• Correspondence Management – A MediStreams web portal enables clients to view, categorize, assign, and track follow-up requests in real time.
