Regions Bank again recognized among world’s top employers by Gallup

Regions Bank has once again been recognized for its thriving culture of strong employee engagement.

The Birmingham-based bank was recently named as the recipient of the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award. The accolade, bestowed since 2007 by the multinational analytics company, has been given to some of the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.

The 2025 engagement award is Regions’ eleventh from Gallup.

“The engagement of our associates is foundational to our company’s success,” said Dave Keenan, Regions Chief Administrative and Human Resources Officer. “Engagement creates a workplace where current talent wants to stay, and new talent wants to join. This award is an honor, and it is motivation to continue our efforts around creating a workplace where our associates can grow and thrive throughout their careers at Regions.”
