Here are the questions Alabamians Google more than anyone else

Google is a wonderful tool. With a push of a button, users can find the answer to just about any question at lightning speed. To see just exactly what types of questions people were asking the search engine, the people at Estately examined how frequently certain “how-to” questions are queried in each state in relation to the other 49 and the District of Columbia. Some of the results were fairly tame, but others were quite intriguing – especially for Alabama.

“Using Google Autocomplete, we compiled hundreds of the most common how-to questions Americans type into the Google search bar,” the analysts at Estately said. “We then ran those searches through Google Trends to determine which state queried each of these selected searches the most over the past 5 years.”

According to the results, Alabamians ask Google the following questions more than anyone else in the country:

• How to draw a dog?
• How to install laminate flooring?
• How to play chess?
• How to learn Spanish?
• How to make love?

The most unique results for each state were compiled into a comprehensive map posted on the company’s website.
