USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital has received a $50,000 contribution from the Poarch Band of Creek Indians to support pediatric surgical care.

The funding will be used to purchase new pediatric monitoring equipment for operating rooms, providing enhanced imaging capabilities and additional tools for physicians and surgical teams during procedures involving young patients.

The donation was presented by Stephanie Bryan, tribal chair and chief executive officer of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.

Hospital officials indicated the upgraded technology is expected to strengthen patient safety and support improved clinical outcomes, aligning with USA Health’s mission to deliver advanced medical care throughout the region.

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians has maintained a longstanding relationship with Children’s & Women’s Hospital and continues to support initiatives focused on the health and well-being of children and families across the Gulf Coast.
