Just in time for haunting season, US Ghost Adventures expands to Mobile

With Halloween fast approaching, US Ghost Adventures has announced a series of new locations for its tours – including Mobile.

“Halloween season is upon us, and our goal is to provide guests with the best experiences to enjoy our favorite time of year,” said Lance Zaal, president and founder of US Ghost Adventures. “We are intentional with each tour added to ensure it delivers on authenticity and includes unsettlingly true ghost stories based on firsthand accounts.

“Our tours seek to make sense of the unexplainable by showing people historic places and sharing stories of those who left their mark on them.”

On its website, the company said that it will take participants to “the cursed sites that saw the perils of the Civil War, misfortune, and disease.”

The Port City Ghosts tours meet nightly at 8 o’clock at 199-151 St Francis St. The walking tours last about an hour across a one-mile distance.

Other US Ghost Adventures include Knoxville Ghosts, Memphis Ghosts, Motor City Ghosts and Deadwood Ghosts. US Ghost Adventures also offers overnight stays in haunted and historical homes such as the Lizzie Borden House and the Villisca Axe Murder House. For information, click here.
