Christie Strategy Group announced a new member of their lobbying team.
Ryan Sanford will join the firm as Manager of Public Affairs and Communications after working in an outside consultant role with the firm since January 2023.
Martin Christie, Christie Strategy Group President and founder, said he’s excited to bring in Sanford.
“Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our firm. She has a proven track record of success in government affairs, association management, and campaign consulting,” Christie said. “We are thrilled to add her as a full-time member of our team.”
Firm Partner and VP Maeci Walker, said, “Ryan brings both additional capacity and enhanced capability to our firm. She will focus on direct lobbying at the Statehouse and communications support to enhance client objectives. We are confident that she will continue her track record of extraordinary success.”
Sanford said she’s “delighted” to officially join the firm and looks forward to serving clients.
Christie Strategy Group, Inc. has represented Alabama businesses, trade associations and local governmental entities over the past thirty years, including United States Steel Corporation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, the Alabama Cable and Broadband Association, the Alabama Railway Association, the City of Gulf Shores and many others.
Sanford is the daughter of former State Senator Paul Sanford (R-Huntsville).
