Birmingham Kiwanis announces 2025 Business Hall of Fame inductees

The Kiwanis Club of Birmingham has announced the distinguished business leaders who will be honored as the 2025 class of the Birmingham Business Hall of Fame.

For nearly three decades, the Hall of Fame has recognized individuals who exemplify exceptional leadership and have made extraordinary contributions to the Greater Birmingham community. Since its inception, 156 prominent leaders have been inducted into the Hall of Fame, a testament to the city’s rich history of business excellence.

The 2025 inductees are:

  • Horace Corbin Day, Jemison Investment Company
  • John H. Holcomb III, National Bank of Commerce
  • Don James, Vulcan Materials Company
  • John D. Johns, Protective Life Corporation
  • Charles McCrary, Alabama Power Company

The honorees will be celebrated at an induction ceremony on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Harbert Center, located at 2019 4th Avenue North in Birmingham.

The Kiwanis Club of Birmingham, the largest Kiwanis chapter in the world with more than 500 members, invites the public to join them in recognizing this year’s class. Sponsorships and tickets for the event are available now.
