Alabama REALTORS PAC announces endorsements ahead of May 19 Republican primary

The Alabama REALTORS Political Action Committee (ARPAC) has announced its endorsements for a slate of statewide and judicial candidates ahead of Alabama’s Republican primary on May 19, 2026.

The endorsements, released Thursday, include candidates for constitutional offices, appellate courts, the Public Service Commission, and the State Board of Education as the 2026 election cycle begins to take shape.

“The endorsed candidates have shown a commitment to protecting property rights, supporting small businesses, upholding the rule of law, and fostering an economic atmosphere that allows Alabama’s real estate industry to remain healthy and growing,” said ARPAC Board of Trustees Chair Sherri McCollum.

Alabama REALTORS Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Walker said the organization remains confident the candidates will help advance the real estate industry.

“These candidates share a small business ideology grounded in hard work, free enterprise, and limited government. Their leadership will help keep Alabama competitive and ensure our state remains one of the best places in the country to live, raise a family, and do business. We look forward to supporting their campaigns.”

  • Supreme Court Place 8 — Greg Shaw
  • Civil Appeals Court Place 4 — Ben Bowden
  • Civil Appeals Court Place 5 — Matt Fridy
  • Criminal Appeals Court Place 4 — Mary Windom
  • Criminal Appeals Court Place 5 — Riggs Walker
