Aderholt (R-Haleyville) said this is just the latest example of weaponization of the Department of Justice against the former President.
“Jack Smith just got new indictments against [Donald Trump]two months before the election,” Aderholt said. “Yet, we are told that if Donald Trump wins, he will be the one to weaponize the Justice Department. He would have to work real hard to weaponize it more than Biden/Harris have.”

Moore (R-Enterprise) argued this is just more election interference.
“The Biden-Harris weaponized government strikes again,” Moore said. “This is election interference, plain and simple.”
