7 Things: Trump classified case could be tossed; Elliott latest to hit wokeness in state agencies; and more …

7. Alabama Democrats are doing what they do best, being silly hypocrites with no credibility and claiming they are leaving the “racist hellscape” of Twitter after using the app to be anti-Semitic multiple times.

6. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) undermined American foreign policy, his credibility, and our ally Israel with an ill-advised speech demanding Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu step down. While anti-Semites loved Schumer meddling in foreign elections, everyone else hated it and he had to walk it all back.

5. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-La.) dismisses proposed legislation related to in vitro fertilization, stating that it is unnecessary given that individual states can pass their own laws on the matter. After the end of Roe v. Wade, he’s right but this is still a political grenade.

4. Americans continue down a path of destruction for the mentally ill at a time when Europeans seem to be coming to their senses on gender identity treatments, including the Times of London calling gender reaffirming care, “Quack Medicine.” But President Joe Biden has an extreme left-wing base to appease so he is lying about the death of a “transgender child” young man in Oklahoma claiming he was bullied (he wasn’t) and declaring a “suicide crisis” in the “LGBTQI+” community.

3. You may hear the words “vice presidential nominee Katie Britt” soon, if Newt Gingrich and other influential ultra-powerful luminaries have their way. When asked about her willingness to serve in the position, Britt said, “everybody in this nation is ready to step up and help Donald Trump become the next President of the United States … any way we can.”

2. Alabama State Sen. Chris Elliott (R-Josephine) is the latest Alabama leader to speak out against the wokeness of Alabama’s institutions, including the recent controversy at Space Camp, and declaring it is time to take on the “woke agenda” in state agencies. Elliott delivered a warning, “whether it’s a library, the Alabama Department of Archives and History, Space Camp, or school or anything like that — and you have not gotten the message that Alabama voters and the Alabama Legislature are pushing hard back against a woke agenda — you’re not paying attention, you’re just not getting it.”

1. Judge Aileen Cannon did not toss the indictments against former President Donald Trump on the basis of “unconstitutional vagueness” in his classified documents case but “selective prosecution” argument remains. The judge reportedly was interested in the argument that President Joe Biden, and many other leaders, faced similar issues but the Department of Justice never attempted to prosecute them after leaving office and this includes Biden who had documents discovered AFTER Trump was charged.
