7. Showing that the protests at college campuses are less about “genocide” and more about anti-Semitism, students at Cooper University in Illinois trapped Jewish students in the library, pounded on the door, and shouted “Free Palestine.” In Alabama, two University of Alabama in Huntsville professors decided to sign on to a letter, with 1,900 total professors nationwide signing on, that declares Israelis are to blame for being victims of a terror attack. At the same time, Auburn men’s basketball head coach Bruce Pearl continues speaking out about this behavior popping up nationwide, saying he is heartbroken and adding, “We have Jewish students on campus who are scared.”
6. Birmingham-Southern College has no leg to stand on when it comes to trying to force the state of Alabama to hand over $30 million dollars as a loan, a judge has found. State Treasure Young Boozer says the college does not met the qualifications for a loan, now State Rep. Juandalynn Givan (D-Birmingham) looks to Birmingham and Jefferson County for help with a brilliant, stunning, and brave rhetorical flourish, stating, “come on.”
5. Former President Donald Trump finds himself being fined again and declared a liar by a New York judge after once again referencing the court clerk in his civil trial in New York. The judge found Trump “not credible” after the former president was asked who he was referring to when he said, the was a “very partisan” person sitting “alongside the judge” but Trump claimed he was speaking of his own former lawyer and the judge but the judge did not believe him.
4. The big brains at aldotcom think that U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) should give U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville “what he wants,” and vote on each held military promotion/appointment individually, this would surely teach Tuberville a lesson or something. Meanwhile, Democrats (and a few Republicans) are trying to figure out a way around Tuberville’s blockade.

At least 22 people were killed and up to 30 injured in Lewiston, Maine, by an Army reservist and firearms instructor with a recent stay at a mental health facility. 40-year-old Robert Card allegedly went on a rampage at a bar and a bowling alley, and people are still sheltering in place in the area this morning.
2. A U.S. House resolution condemning the murder of innocent men, women, and children in Israel had 10 objections and 6 members voting “present,” as the media hypes Hamas’ propaganda and the U.S. gets Israel to delay its ground assault. U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) was the sole Republican to vote “no” and when asked why he said he believed it was too broad and would commit U.S. soldiers to war.
1. The new Speaker of the House has been confirmed, U.S. Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.) was elected on the first ballot. Johnson has the support of President Donald Trump, the disdain of the media, and an agenda that he claims will put America first.
