There have been some pretty cool moments at Jordan-Hare Stadium over the years, but one of the coolest Auburn fans will ever see happened this week – not even during football season.

The U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels flew over campus Thursday morning to inspire students with a special “Good Luck on Finals” message featuring Commander Lilly Montana, a 2010 Auburn graduate in political science commissioned through Naval ROTC, flying as Blue Angel No. 8.

The performance was viewed across campus by thousands of students on Cater Lawn, the Green Space and Samford Lawn in what was one of the most unique things that will ever be seen in Auburn.

If that doesn’t motivate the students to absolutely knock out their finals and finish off the semester strong, then nothing will.
