The Auburn Tigers have one of the most popular mascots in all of collegiate athletics with Aubie the Tiger showcasing his personality every week in Jordan-Hare Stadium. Last week, at the UCA Division I-A College National Championship, Aubie proved that he’s more than just an encourager of the football team, he’s also a talented performer.
The event, which drew cheer squads from across the country, featured a skit based competition for the mascots. Flanked by his team, Aubie performed with a ‘Show Me the Money’ theme.

Aubie’s routine featured iconic songs and clips cut into a remix and him pulling out oversized dollar bills from a wallet labeled ‘NIL.’
Unfortunately, it was not enough to win the competition, but Aubie did come in third place behind Smokey of Tennessee and the Bearcat of the University of Cincinnati.
