University of Alabama Law professor says violence against ICE agents is justified self-defense

(MSNBC/YouTube)

University of Alabama Law professor and MSNBC legal analyst Joyce Vance actually believes that attacks on ICE agents by illegal immigrants could be justified.

While appearing on the network, she claimed that because ICE agents wear masks, the people being detained by them might be able to claim self-defense for resisting because they may fear they are being kidnapped.

This absurd legal theory will probably help her with the MSNBC crowd, but should she have access to the minds of future lawyers in Alabama and around the country?
