Former President Donald Trump gave his official seal of approval to Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-Haleyville) on Tuesday in his reelection bid for Alabama’s 4th Congressional District.
“Congressman Robert Aderholt is doing a fantastic job representing the people of Alabama’s 4th Congressional District,” Trump said.
“Robert is an America First Conservative who is working hard to Secure our Borders, Strengthen our Military, Stop the Weaponization of Justice, Expand Rural Broadband, and Bring Manufacturing Back to the Great State of Alabama.”
Trump said Aderholt has his “complete and total endorsement.”

Aderholt, who endorsed Trump along with the totality of Alabama’s House Republican delegation, said he’ll keep pressing the agenda the people of the state voted for in Congress.
“I am honored to have the endorsement of President Donald J. Trump. During his Presidency, Donald Trump and I worked together to put the American people, and their interests, first in everything we did,” Aderholt said.
“He saw firsthand that I am always fighting for the people of the 4th District and the people of Alabama. Trump’s words send a clear message that he knows I will continue to fight for the things we both believe in and the things the people of the 4th District believe in.”
If reelected to Congress, Aderholt will secure his 15th term representing Alabama in the House of Representatives, along with seniority on the all-powerful Appropriations Committee. He’s facing one challenger in the March 5, 2024 Alabama Republican Primary.
