U.S. Rep. Dale Strong once again blasted the Biden administration Wednesday over the continuing crisis as the U.S. southern border.
According to new reports, there have been a record amount of migrant encounters at the border this week.

Strong (R-Huntsville) reacted to the news and blasted the Biden administration for causing this problem.

The congressman explained why this situation is harming America’s national security.
“What a shame, America has become the world’s dumping ground for illegal immigration,” Strong said. “So far this fiscal year, 151 individuals whose names appear on the terrorist watchlist were stopped trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border between ports of entry. That’s a 54% increase from the year before, and there is still one more month left in the fiscal year. Since the beginning of FY23, 20,273 Chinese nationals have been encountered along the Southwest border — a 831% increase in encounters compared to all of last fiscal year.”

Earlier this month, Strong wrote an op-ed in the Washington Examiner detailing how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is using the border crisis to “infiltrate” the U.S.

“The Chinese nationals illegally entering our country claim they are coming for a better life,” he said, “but as one chief patrol agent recently told the House Committee on Homeland Security, the ‘typical reason’ Chinese nationals are giving for entering the United States is ‘the same as most of the migrants — for work or a better life.'”
He also revealed how the CCP is helping the illegal drug cartels.
“The CCP is not only taking advantage of our open border but is lining the pockets of the cartels in the process. One report found that three Chinese nationals each paid $35,000 to cartels to smuggle them across the border in February 2023. Some Texas officials have said this is just a baseline and that some Chinese nationals may pay cartels as much as $50,000. One chief patrol agent told the committee he had seen reports of $60,000 payments…The CCP is not only taking advantage of our open border but is lining the pockets of the cartels in the process. Earlier this year, Strong voted in favor of the “Secure the Border Act” and is calling on the Senate to pass it as well.
