Spring Hill College degree programs ranked among best in Alabama

University HQ, an independent educational resource organization, has ranked Spring Hill College’s bachelor’s and master’s degree programs as some of the best in the state of Alabama.

According to a release, the organization analyzes degrees offered statewide and awards rankings based on graduation and retention rates, faculty and staff involvement, and student satisfaction.

University HQ ranked Spring Hill College as having the 12th best bachelor’s degree programs the 11th best master’s degree programs in the state.

Spring Hill College President E. Joseph Lee celebrated his institution’s rankings and asserted that an education from the college proved to be of long-term benefit to its students.

“We’re thankful to be recognized among the best academic programs in the state, as it is a testament to our faculty, staff and students,” said Lee. “A degree from Spring Hill enables our students to gain advanced knowledge and skills, participate in new experiences and prepare them to be real-world ready.”

Spring Hill College, the oldest Catholic college in the Southeast and the third oldest Jesuit college in the United States, offers more than 52 undergraduate majors and areas of concentration.

The private academic institution advised that all undergraduate students are required to take a liberal arts core curriculum centered around the college’s Jesuit, Catholic traditions.

Spring Hill College offers three master of business administration programs, including an online, accelerated option. It also offers three master of science in nursing programs, as well as a master of arts theology and masters of theological studies and pastoral studies.

In addition, the institution has graduate certificate programs which focus on logistics and supply chain management, leadership and ethics, project management, spiritual direction and Ignatian spirituality.
